Key requirements of IT Services Engineer:
- Strong Microsoft experience
o Desktop - XP, Windows 7
o Server - 2008/R2, Exchange, AD
- Strong Networking skills
o TCP/IP
o LAN/WAN/VLAN/NAT
o Administering Cisco switches & routers
- Knowledge of firewall experience
o Policies
o Rules
- Previous experience working within a service desk
Package: up to £55,000 + comprehensive benefits package
