ASAP start! 3 month contract - Internal Communications Advisor - UK's biggest utilities company - Berkshire - day rate £350
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and passionate Internal communications Advisor to join one of the UK's biggest utilities company. The successful applicant will be liaising with senior managers in order to deliver effective internal communications advice and plan activities and events to the company and its employees as part of the live and vibrant Communications team.
This role will require the successful candidate to:
* Support the communications team manager and executives in the delivery of communication channels while ensuring the channels are fit for purpose and regularly reviewed to meet business requirements.
* Support the corporate communications executive to deliver engaging employee and corporate events, workshops and conferences.
* Build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively coordinate communications needs from across the customer service departments.
* Implement effective campaign planning in support of our communications strategies to drive employee engagement and understanding of our key business initiatives.
* Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of internal and external campaigns, customer communications and activities.
* Be flexible in sharing duties as part of a small team to ensure continuity of service, including covering for other team members across communications.
To be successful in your application you will need to have experience within a communications and campaign handling environment or background.
We need a highly organised individual with the ability to handle multiple projects and translate complex messages through our operational business. You must have previous experience within an internal communications role and have the ability to hit the ground running.
This assignment is initially for 3 months with the possibility of extension, subject to business need.
