Description
The purpose of this role is to manage and own IT service documentation.Essential Requirements ;
- Owner of GB&GCF IT Service Documentation
- Drive and Set-up of services across the department
- Own the operational procedures and DR documentation.
- Own the service transition process
- Service Catalogue completion
- Own the BCP plan across all our services and attend/drive meetings.
- Coordinate Completion and proof read of all NFR ( Non Functional requirement Documentation ) so projects are ready for a Go live on time and post-live service requirements ( check list etc. to be provided to PM's )
- Ensure alignment with ITO RM and related ITO service Management
- Proof read all Service requests from the project managers
- Procurement - Ensure statement of work and business case are completed assist with procurement issues across the services consultancy, generate business cases for purchasing
- Ensure that we are driving and not waiting on audit action points
- Own and update System List
- Ensure department SharePoint/document have required project and service documentation in a structured and consistent manner
- Coordinate with the project managers to ensure hardware and software details are accurately recorded current on their respective projects across the various service information sources.
- Maintaining Operational Level Agreements (Service Level Agreements)
- Provide Monthly service documentation reports to the GB&GCF IT group
Essential Requirements
Previous IT Service Documentation management experience.
Attention to detail and accuracy on IT service documentation
Ability to ensure service document requirements are captured and resolved via conference calls
Ability to work in a remote location and build relationship across the teams
Flexible on travel
