Network Help Desk Supervisor

The role requires the supervision of the team monitoring and managing all the elements of their network systems and technologies.
These include:
PDH (Alcatel Newbridge), SDH (Alcatel), DWDM (Alcatel), VOIP (Cisco), IP/MPLS (Alcatel), and the IP/Ethernet/WiFi networks used for telephony and core business needs.
This will involve acting as single point of contact for all other departments on:
- first level troubleshooting and correlation of events
- Configuration and Maintenance requests
- Helpdesk Organisation and Information Management
You must be able to speak, read and write Dutch, French and English
