Salesforce.com Business Analyst - Urgent- Toronto
My client, a multi-award winning global leading consumer goods business are looking to implement Salesforce across North America and are looking to hire a SFDC Business Analyst who will be based out of their fast growing Toronto office!
As Salesforce.com Business Analyst you will be responsible for the following
*Hosting workshops to elicit business requirements from stakeholders
*Analysing and re-engineering sales processes across the European organization
*Advising on Salesforce.com best practice
*Provide input to Salesforce.com training material
*Driving UAT sessions with stakeholders
*Providing Salesforce.com training to users
The ideal candidate will have the following skills
*3+ years Salesforce.com experience
*Extensive Business Analysis experience
*Sales process re-engineering experience
*Strong stakeholder management skills
*Requirements gathering and documentation experience
*Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com functionality
