Austin Fraser Web and Digital Team are currently looking for a Senior UX Consultant to work on a 3-6 month contract based in Hong Kong
Responsibilities
- Designing solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives
- Creating highly usable interface solutions focused on user experience and brand guidelines
- Leading a project or group of projects in collaboration with client engagement specialists, experience architects and technologists
- Guiding, inspiring and directing junior designers with thorough delegation, follow-up and mentoring
- Rationalizing solutions with the project team and clients
- Be empathetic about client business realities and understand real business needs
- Designing: mood boards; storyboards; style guides and design frameworks; interactive page layouts; site grids and interface demos; photo retouching and enhancements; brand collaterals and templates; print and physical space design; motion and video creative/art direction
- Providing quality assurance on creative deliverables
- Building and maintaining a team rapport with creative team personnel, technology, account managers, project managers and most importantly, the clients
Key Skills
- Strong design portfolio with rich design and interactive work experience
- Strong visual, interactive and graphic design skills
- Are a master of the latest design toolsets
- Have an understanding of technologies and how they can help and hinder your design solutions
- Ability to lead teams and projects
- Your are a digital native, savvy in all things digital
- You design to solve problems
- You are timely, responsible, prepared and do what it takes to get the job done
- You are comfortable brainstorming and contributing to the bigger idea
- Able to visualize and verbalize your ideas to team and client
