A Firmware Test Engineer opportunity with a leading semiconductor organisation, with operations in over 25 countries worldwide, now becomes available. Based in their innovative R&D facility in Germany on a long term contract basis, the Firmware Test Engineer will contribute to test execution and test development (integration tests, system tests, test automation) for implemented Firmware.Job Responsibilities:
Strong experience in Smart Card Reader usage, hardware equipment maintenance (UART, SPI, SWP, I2C)
Good experience in Software testing, MIFARE, DESFire
Strong knowledge in Programming Languages: C, C#, Java
Knowledge of Tools and Technologies: JUnit, Eclipse, Jenkins
Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Knowledge of Smart Card Protocols: ISO14443, ISO7816
Good English communication skills, team-player
At least 5 years work experience in Firmware/Software testing
