DB Support Engineer (France)1x DB support Engineer - France is urgently needed on contract basis for our client, a prestigious international telecommunication company. Location is France. .Fluent English and French language along with similar working experience are a prerequisite for any application.
Responsibilities include but, not limited to:
? Management of SFR dB environment for RNO Huawei
? Optimization of 3G/2G NW KPIs for BSS Swap.
? Optimization of usual 3G/2G NW KPIs
? Will ensure achievement and maintenance of target 3G/2G NW KPIs. .
? Will ensure a good communication with Customer contact throughout the project.
? Will support his management in establishing priority in order to achieve best possible balance customer satisfaction versus project planning
? Customer care
? Reach customer satisfaction according to daily expectations
? Undertake the dB management support to customer
? Understanding and keeping under control the customer issues with the proper communication to the client.
? Provide daily/weekly report to management team
? Increase customer satisfaction and confidence
Qualifications:
? +/- 1 years in Wireless operator.
? GSM and UTRAN E2E network skills
? Team working skills
? Field operations skills
? Proficient with Actix/Nemo/Atoll
? Proficient with performance management post-treatment layers concept such as Metrica, Optima or equivalent.
? Good experience of BSS/UTRAN protocols analysis
? Mobility: Business trip to be envisaged in different cities in France
? Autonomous, dynamic, opening mind
? Directed satisfaction customer, autonomous, force of proposal and to show synthesis
? Excellent internal and external communication
? Fluent in French and English
Technical Skills:
? Excellent management of Windows Excel and Access
? Sound understanding of dB management
? GSM/WCDMA Radio network planning and optimization experiences
? Excellent GSM/WCDMA system knowledge
? Excellent knowledge of usual performance management tools:SW suite required such as Mapinfo, Actix/Nemo and performance management datamining tools such as Metrica, Optima or equivalent.
? SFR experience and knowledge of OCEAN/RRCAP is a plus
