Higher Education - London - 6-months interim - Market RateA SITS Project Manager with experience of the Tribal SITS (Strategic Information Technology Services) and Moodle is urgently required to work with a leading London University to integrate SITS with the Moodle - Virtual Learning Environment.
The Person
-Extensive experience and knowledge of using SITS and of SITS systems development with a particular focus on E-vision
-Experience with E-learning platforms
-Experience in Moodle development is desirable
-Have extensive experience implementing and managing complex IT projects in a University or College is essential
- Demonstrable experience of having successfully managed complex projects with multiple workstreams / deliverables.
-Experience in developing PHP software
- Formal project management qualification (PRINCE2/APM) etc
- Large scale projects in the Higher Education.
- Proven ability to manage project initiation, scoping, definition .
- Full knowledge of the project lifecycle stages, tasks and tools.
- Ability to assess current state of activity with individuals, consolidate multiple and disparate activities into a consolidated action plan and communicate to a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience of establishing and servicing project governance groups.
- Excellent communication skills.
