A brand new role for an Infrastructure Support Specialist has emerged with this electrical goods retailer.They are a global retailer and due to a major revamp in their IT Infrastructure and development are looking for an Infrastructure Support Specialist to hit the ground running and help them achieve company growth.
The successful candidate must have the following experience:
- MCSA - Microsoft Certified
- Configuration
- Previously managed and designed network upgrades
- Identified and resolved issues, monitored network
- Maintenance activities
- Asset Management and have previously worked within the ITIL framework
- Installation and troubleshooting
Experience in the following would be an advantage:
- Linux
- Citrix
- Exchange 2007
- SQL
- LAN
- WAN
- VoIP
- Windows
Location: London
Rate: Negotiable
Start Date: ASAP
Length: 12 Months initially
