hyphen is the managed service and recruitment process outsourcing arm of the Adecco Group. We currently have an initial 6 month temporary requirement to provide administrative and billing support to one of our dedicated client accounts.

Working in conjunction with the operations team, billing team, credit control and finance operations, the main focus of this role is to proactively manage the invoicing and purchase order process. You should possess strong numerical skills, with intermediate to advanced level excel skills.

Duties will include creating, manipulating and maintaining spreadsheets.
Creation of a weekly dashboard of outstanding items
Proactively chasing the client for missing information
Engaging with internal teams to drive forward collection of outstanding debt

The successful candidate should have prior experiencing dealing with financial processes, be comfortable dealing with numbers and be an excellent communicator and relationship builder.

Based Birmingham Business Park near Birmingham airport, due to location this role is better suited to a car driver.
