Description
The successful candidate will be an experienced Medical HR or Nursing professional with strong Medical Workforce experience. Ideally, you will be PRINCE II qualified and MSP qualification is preferable.Most importantly, you will have proven experience in reducing Clinical & Nursing Workforce costs and achieving CIP's within Nursing. Advanced communication and negotiation experience with Clinicicans and Clinical Leads will also be very important as will Acute Trust experience. You will also have strong communication and negotiation skills at all levels and have an excellent understanding of Employment Law and Nurse's Employment T's & C's.
