Good exposure to handling Mass Logistic execution processes (Inbound and Outbound scenarios) Exposure modelling various type of Warehouses for Large industries having complex SKU, movement scenario s, handling units, lay out Translating, interacting with the core business teams only in their language and not mixing up with IT terminologies. Very strong knowledge on understanding various Industry Vertical Logistic distribution operations like Shipping,Transportation handling scenarios, route, multi model transport processes. Managing all possible deliveries to move all types of products to end customers. Understanding, exposure on Warehouse Organization modelling, preparing complex Warehouse organization models and discuss with Pros and cons. Business blueprinting skills, moderating large business teams during the Business modelling exercise. Very good understanding on core capabilities (Inventory Management).
