German speaking Service Delivery Manager Budapest

On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a German speaking Service Delivery Manager for Budapest. For this contract position based in Hungary our client is looking for a German speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity with a market leading global company then please have a look at the details:

Responsibilities:

- Coordination of standard metrics and data points

- Analysis and statistical trend reviews

- Driving positive changes from their in-depth analysis

- Complaint management and respective escalation activities related to IT user and service centre infrastructure

- Escalation to second and third level resolver groups

- Communication & relationship with key clients

- Driving continued quality improvement.

Requirements:

- Strong service level management knowledge and experience

- Strong interpersonal & formal presentation skills to build strong partnerships

- At least 5 years previous experience in a Vendor Management Office (VMO) or SDM role, preferably UBS User Service Center (USC) relevant

- Languages: English, German (other Swiss languages are comfortable)
