Description
Resource 1 is in need of a Software Development Manager for a long-term project in Santa Ana, CA. The initial assignment will be 6 months with multiple extensions expected. The selected individual will be primarily responsible for managing and coordinating resources and processes to deliver software releases and provide production support. This position will be approximately 60% managerial responsibilities and 40% technical including coaching developers, helping with design and participating in code reviews. A minimum of 5 years of management/leadership experience in software development organization is required, as well as 7+ years of experience working through the full SDLC of delivering software products. Experience in Client Server and web application development using C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server is required. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a big plus as our client is currently adding this to their environment. Qualified applicants can e-mail resumes for consideration.
