Description
Spec:This team ensures all FX transactions executed by trading are confirmed and settled correctly. Resolves trade differences in a timely and efficient manner.
Resolves inquiries and responds to client inquiries. Manages the client relationship and provides expertise relating to execution of trade confirmation and settlements
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions
*Process FX confirmations and FX settlements utilizing electronic confirmations processing systems as well as internal systems to monitor settlements activity
*Liaise with clients, traders and other internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of identified discrepancies
*Provide high quality client service through daily communication with external and internal clients
*Ensure payments are released via the banks processing systems to meet currency cut-off times
*Support IT projects and new business objectives to ensure implementations remain on schedule and issues are escalated to management
*Provide a working investigation of reconciled positions between front office and back office systems to facilitate resolution of breaks with relevant internal teams
