Support the global updates of the web and mobile platforms with all stakeholders and ensure website readiness required for rollout of new markets. Ongoing review and maintenance to support deployed markets for 3-6 months after launch.
Main responsibilities:
In relation with the International Webmastering Coordinator
* Manage the global publishing requirements on all of my client's rollout websites to support the HQ rollout process for B2C & B2B Channels.
* Follow the organizational processes among the different teams to ensure that the content updates follow the brand and commercial guidelines.
* Keep and maintain my client's web-platforms with a proactive monitoring to ensure optimum performance and content management.
* Creation & management of documentation & processes among the different teams.
* Manage the priorities of tasks defined by HQ and the markets.
* Work closely with stakeholders and external partners to agree timelines and communicate status via timely and effective reporting.
* Propose solutions and new innovations to challenges anticipated by HQ & requested by the markets.
Skills:
- Respect of agreed planning & forecasts
- Audit checklist completion 2 months prior to website launch
- Updated content according to Rollout Planning
- 4 years' experience in Internet / ebusiness activity
- HTML, CSS, Javascript, experience across multiple CMS
- Create, Modify and Optimize online media
- Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail
- Project oriented - At ease with IT Technologies
- Knowledge of User Experience would be an asset
- Able to work under pressure
