RISK MANAGER, ASSET MANAGEMENT, LONDON, £400-£550 PER DAY DOE
Panoramic Associates are currently searching for an interim Risk Manager for a large Asset Management firm in the City.
The purposes of this role are to co-ordinate and oversee the Group Risk Framework with the aim of maintaining a robust environment of internal controls and governance. This role involves interaction with senior managers within the organization and line management across the whole organisation. The Group Risk Manager will play an important part in facilitating regular risk assessments with risk owners, providing constructive input and challenge on risk assessments, develop risk policies in line with the overarching risk appetite and risk principles of the Group Board and play a pivotal role in the documentation and co-ordination of the ICAAP.
Applicants will require experience of working in a risk function, developing and operating risk frameworks across primarily operational risk, but also Credit, Market and Liquidity risks in the manner in which they apply to the business. A background within Asset Management is desirable but not a must.
