Finance Analyst
Our client, a Financial Services organisation, has a requirement for a Finance Analyst to work on both project and IT BAU cost forecasts and reports. As well as completing detailed analysis of the financials, candidates will need to have a general understanding of projects and allocation cycles. All aspects of the project monthly financial cycle will be covered, from Invoicing and POs to preparing month end accruals.
Skills required
- An analytical mind, able to investigate variances and identify anomalies in large volumes of data.
- Good relationship management, and able to communicate well with a broad range of stakeholders unassisted.
- Excellent Excel skills, familiar with formulas such as Vlookup, Sumif and able to manipulate large volumes of data.
- Able to work independently, and self-motivated.
- Good PowerPoint experience.
Financial Services experience is a pre-requisite, along with good stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
