Shared Services Manager - Operations Manager - Payroll, HR Birmingham
We are keen to secure the services of an Operations Manager who is experienced in delivering outsourced Operational Services (ideally including, HR, Payroll, Administration etc). The successful candidate will be required to assist the Client Services Director with high volumes of work, client escalations & queries and day to day management of team; help to oversee 70+ people in a Shared Services in 3 locations. Some UK travel away from the Birmingham office is likely to be required. In selecting the best candidate for this role the customer is looking for evidence of: previous experience in a suitably Senior Operations centred role (this role will have oversight over three service centres for the client); managing and building client relationships/managing difficult queries (experience troubleshooting' for the end customer); and essentially Payroll operations (ideally using SAP systems) experience within a Shared Service/outsourcing background.
