Infrastructure Service Manager/Project Manager: Pharma, GxP
My client, a world renowned global organisation is seeking an Infrastructure Service Manager/Project Manager to be responsible for ensuring that the internally and externally sourced IT services are aligned with business needs and are delivered in accordance with customer Service Level Agreements to the company IT Standards and in line with industry best practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for the service life cycle management which includes service & technology life cycle management, architecture, service level management & process improvements, demand & capacity management, innovation, supplier & contract management, benchmarking, etc.
Requirements for the role are as follows:
*University degree in computer science or comparable education/experience
*Having a Master's degree is an advantage
*GxP and Pharma knowhow is a plus
*NOC or Monitoring experience is must
*More than 10 years of IT experience
*Very good IT Infra-Structure understanding (Data Center, Back-up, Virtualization, Storage, Network, etc.) especially on how those are connected and work together.
*More than 4 years of experience in Service Management.
*Project Management experience
*Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
*Fluent in written and spoken English.
*Willingness to travel (globally).
*ITIL Certification is a must.
