Responsible for assigned deliverables for project phases; provide functional and technical solutions and recommendations in support of the Global Model for Procurement;
  • Provide solution guidance, expertise and recommendations on P2P integration and cross functional impact and assessment between Procurement and Finance, SAP SNC and Direct Materials purchases and MRP and SAP Materials Management;
  • Creation of functional and technical documentation, interface design confirmation and recommendations; Assess impact on SAP for approved business requirements; SAP test development and execution; Participation in solution delivery workshops as required; develop Excel Macro's for PO conversion, create, change simulation and actual posting, goods receipts, invoice receipts, reversals.
SKILLS:

Required Skills:
  • Expert knowledge to perform SAP Material Management configuration as required but not limited to; change screen layout, set up tolerances, set up invoice plan, return orders, contract and scheduling agreements, control confirmation keys, default values for doc types; Set up multiple pricing procedures, condition types, access sequence, condition tables and schemas; tax configuration for multiple countries including non-deductible, sales tax, and PO release strategy and cross functional areas.
  • Expertise in Direct material purchases, Subcontracting, vendor consignment, Stock transport order and third-party processing. Supply chain responsibilities for Procurement: procure to pay, direct and indirect; MM: MRP, CBP, contracts, SNC, scheduling agreements, Inventory management, services & Invoices; transfer documents from ECC to SNC for SMI processes and material display.
MOST CRITICAL EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
  • Expert in SAP Materials Management, Purchase Order output, SAP Vendor Master and Material Master Management, SAP Workflow, cross functional integration with Finance functionality.
  • MUST have 10 + years of experience.
  • Demonstrates proven results for multiple full life cycle implementations, upgrades, support, data migration and governance projects.
  • Must be willing and able to Travel
  • 7+ years Pharmaceutical experience
