Medical Staffing Advisor - NHS Trust - Southern EnglandA Trust in a desirable location in the South is looking to recruit a specialist Medical Staffing Advisor to join the Human Resource team. You will be working closely with the Head of Medical Workforce to ensure the day-to-day enquiries are completed within Medical Workforce.
Key Requirements:
- Must have worked within an Acute Trust
- Strong understanding with Recruitment, HR, Employment Law within the Medical Workforce
- Effective communicator with strong organisational skills
- Knowledge with certain systems e.g. ESR, Zircadian
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in relation to rota/staffing patterns to ensure effective staffing levels and ensure staff have knowledge of EWTD
- Oversee the management of end to end recruitment process
- Take a lead role in the operation of Medical Workforce
- Liaise with all levels within the trust, including director, stakeholder, divisional managers and front line
The role is initially a 3 month contract with huge potential of extension and is paying a professional day rate of Circa £200+ DOE.
