My client is a global entertainment organisation and they are currently seeking an Application Developer to join their team based in the centre of London on a fixed term contract.This role will include working on the development and maintenance of a suite of multimedia applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong C++ (ideally on games consoles) and understands and uses Object Orientated methodologies.
*Good graphics/ UI programming
*Good to expert shader knowledge to create effects and other graphical enhancements
*Able to review, debug and enhance already produced code
*Good analysis and problem solving skills
*Knowledge of web technologies and scripting languages (e.g. HTML5, JSON, XML, Javascript, Python etc.)
*Network programming experience is an advantage
