Wintel Second Line Support Engineer,
A leading organisation, based in Brussels, Belgium are searching for an all-round Wintel second line Support Engineer. As the Wintel Second Line Support Engineer you will work within a Wintel Support team responsible for second line support for the Wintel Workstation infrastructure.
Essential Skills:
- Good overall knowledge of the IT world
- Experience in large organisations
- MCP certified (or job equivalent
- knowledge) in Windows XP, Windows 7 (MS Workstation technology)
- Office 2003, Office 2010
Preferable:
- Citrix (XenApp), Applications publishing
(AppV), hands-on knowledge of
Networking (included VPN),
- Windows Server knowledge
- Knowledge of Scripting in Microsoft
environments,
- familiar with the ITIL processes
