Test Lead Essential skills:
Test Leads (PERMANENT ONLY),
MUST have 3 years of Test Lead experience leading teams of 4-5 with reporting to the Test Manager.
Experience of reviewing test cases, test case preparation, estimation, planning, reporting, mentoring junior Test Analyst's, supporting business users during UAT,
Defect management.
Knowledge of various industries advantageous.
Consulting experience beneficial
