ORACLE PL/SQL DEVELOPER - 6 MONTHS - North WestAn Oracle PL/SQL Developer is required for a 6 month contract role based in the north west. The public sector organisation is willing to pay up to £240 to work with one of the leading educational establishments within the north west.
With the education sector having huge growth on a yearly basis this means there will be more need for increased amounts of data. The client wants to make sure it is ready for the new influx of students coming into the establishment in the 2014 academic year.
There is a strong possibility of extension on the contract also.
ESSENTIALS:
- Oracle
- PL/SQL
- XML
- SQL
- Full UK working Visa/Permit
DESIRABLES:
- Degree or equivalent experience/qualifications
- Experience of working within the public sector
- Java, Redhat, CentOS, Subversion, Linux.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main responsibilities are to make a detailed analysis of the requirements of the project. Coding set out by the projects targets and support of databases and the applications within the project. Also it is very important to be a team player and it is very much a team effort to complete the project.
