Our Client a storage and virtualisation consultancy is looking for a Unix engineer for a very short term engagement in Tunbridge Wells. We are looking for someone to :Migrate Unix NIS, DNS, DHCP services to utilise Windows services where possible (around 15 servers) Perform a Replication and load balancing check against two Oracle SGD (Secure Global Desktop) servers, plus a general health check. Enable above SGD servers to authenticate against existing Active Directory infrastructure to achieve single sign on. Investigate using samba to print to Windows printer queue from Solaris servers.
