My Bristol based client is seeking a Supply Chain/Inventory Manager for a 12 month contract.

Please note this role is working on an SC cleared site, so all contractors must be willing and eligible to gain SC clearance prior to start date.

Key Tasks for the Supply Chain/Inventory Manager:
* Provision of SCM/Inventory Management technical support for to support inventory and data optimisation.
* Mandated inventory disposal. Implementation of programme level inventory disposal process and assurance of delivery of directed in-year inventory disposals.
* Further in-year Inventory disposals. Review of inventory optimisation analysis and delivery of wider Inventory Disposal Plan by, in order to maximise further in-year inventory optimisation.
* Repairable inventory disposals. Implement Repairable Overdue Due In process and manage potential reduction of repairable inventory.
* Rationalisation of Programme Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). Plan and deliver pan-Programme rationalisation of GFE to Industry.
* Programme data cleansing. Delivery of pan-programme data cleansing contract
* Business continuity during Through Life Support (TLS) & transition. Provide inventory management support to Output Cells during reallocation of function from Through Life Support to Output Cells

Experience/Skills Required:
* The successful candidate will require knowledge/experience of defence systems and processes.
