C# Developer / Web Developer - Liverpool - 6 months - £300I am working with a major company in the Liverpool area that are looking for a Web Developer to come on board to increase the functionality of their systems. They have a team of people working on development on their internal (not .Net) systems, and are looking for a contractor to reciprocate these changes on their Web platform.
The ideal candidate will have the following required skills:
- C#
- ASP.Net
- WCF
- Softer skills (see separate paragraph below)
The following skills are desirable rather than essential:
- Oracle
- SQL Server
- Agile
- Scrum
- Improving the methodologies and methods of Development
The company are looking for a contractor that can not only get a lot of the work done but also up skill the rest of the Web Development team in the process. A lot of the current Developers have good Web Development experience but could benefit from a highly experienced contractor. Experience of working within other teams, mentoring, up skilling and engaging with them would be highly beneficial.
Rate wise they are open to negotiation on this and would be happy to pay for the right candidate but are ideally looking in the £300 region.
They are getting the final functionality together at the end of next week and will be looking to conduct interviews the week commencing the 14th July for a start date as soon as possible after this.
