SSIS / BI Developer - Banking - London - £450pdOur client, an investment bank, are currently looking for a SSIS / BI Developer to work in their London office, on a long-term contract basis.
The successful candidate will require a strong working knowledge of SSIS, SSAS and SSRS. The manager is looking for someone who has a proven track record of developing robust solutions and tools using these technologies.
Core Responsibilities:
* The day to day role will involve the development and management of new / existing data loads within SSIS to support the transformation and creation of various outputs to support other databases, applications and interfaces.
* The successful candidate will be expected to work within a team and to support and expand the development of improvements in all aspects of data management, reporting, analysis and BI.
Working knowledge and good experience of developing in:
- The use of SQL Server BI Toolset 2005 & 2008.
- Developing / supporting Integration Services (SSIS), Stored Procedures, Scripts within T-SQL and knowledge of MDX.
- Experience of data analysis via SSAS.
- Good report writing skills in SSRS and presentation of results would be advantageous.
