Urgent requirement for an interim Deputy General Manager for a large Acute Trust for a 6 month contract. With direct trains from London in less than half an hour this Hospital as ideal for commuters. This opportunity is open to Deputy General Managers from any acute speciality.The Deputy General Manager will be responsible for the operational management, performance management staff management and financial management of the busy Womens and Childrens division.
Reporting to the Divisional Director, the Deputy General Manager will be leading on CIP schemes and initiatives to deliver the required savings.
The Deputy General Manager must have a strong operational background and a successful track record of RTT Delivery.
