Korean speaking role available as a Facilities Manager.

DURATION: 11 month fixed term contract.

DUTIES:

The candidate will be able to perform tasks in a timely manner and will be able to manage their own time well. They will take care of company policies, office management, event management etc.

This candidate will be in charge of managing our clients facilities in an efficient way, which will make for an first-rate working environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Office Management: General office management including taking charge of relocation, office moves, furniture maintenance, office refurbishment etc.

Company mobile phone and company car management.

Policy Management: Creating and updating various office policies.

Event Management: Helping with event organisation and VIP visitor support.

Management Support: Ad hoc tasks.

DIMENSIONS:

Maintain good and strong relationships with all key liaisons.

EDUCATION:

College/High-school minimum.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

Good client facing and communication skills to all levels of management.

Ability to analyse business requirements from all key liaisons.

Self starter, able to work under own initiative.

Good team player.

Well presented, professional and dedicated.

EXPERIENCE:

Fluent Korean and English.

MS Office (Good use of Excel, Word and Powerpoint).

Good interpersonal and team work skills.

Experience within facilities preferred but not essential.

UK Driving Licence.

HOURS OF WORK:

37.5 hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects. Business travel may be required.
