ROLE DESCRIPTION
The focus of the BI Qlikview Service Manager is to autonomously manage, develop and deploy Qlikview projects across all functions and regions of client. In addition the Qlikview Service Manager will be managing the overall Qlikview service, including the management of a number of external Qlikview experts working in project and support activities.

Major Accountabilities

ß Responsible for the Service Management of the Qlikview technology to the client business, including management of the objectives, activities, priorities and workload of a number of external Qlikview resources and their allocation to support or project activities.

ß Direct responsibility for a number of high-profile BI Qlikview projects, including the project management, business analysis, customer engagement and technical development of Qlikview applications.

ß Definition and ownership of the Qlikview Service strategy, including leading work on upgrades, landscape optimisation and consolidation, implementation and implementation of Qlikview 3rd

ß Ensure a robust support organization and capability for Qlikview, including the definition of relevant service KPIs and ensuring setting and meeting challenging targets for the Qlikview service to the business

ß Communicate the strategy, capability, benefits and opportunities of BI in general and Qlikview in particular to a variety of stakeholders – including senior management

ß Actively learn and identify key BI and Qlikview market trends and identify and propose opportunities for their usage in Client (eg Mobile, Self- Service, new tools and technologies) party software.
