Senior Java Developer - Team Lead 6 month contract
My client requires a Senior Java Developer/Team Lead to join a web development project team that is designing and building scalable Java Front End applications using; Java, Spring, JavaScript, Tomcat, JSON, SQL, XSL stack.
Role Requirements:
- Extensive client-facing skills.
- Familiar with designing and solving logical solutions.
- Experience using Java web application frameworks (preferably the Spring framework including Spring MVC).
- Expert user of J2EE technologies (including development of Java web applications, JSP, Servlets, Web Services, MVC).
- Expert user of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with ability to differentiate display and performance issues when developing on different platforms
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks (preferably JQuery).
- Experience using web application build and dependency management tools (eg Ant, Maven).
