Description

Warehouse Administrator, Inventory Administrator, Inventory Facilitator require for a world leading Oil and Gas company based out of Aberdeen for a 12 month initial contact. Candidate would be required to liaise with the Inventory Controller and take on the day to day tasks of inventory administration.

Roles and responsibilities

* Running daily and weekly reports on goods in goods out for the warehouse

* Running analysis of Stock arrivals, damaged stock, good coming in the near future

* Creating presentations and attending meetings in managers absence

* Utilize stores management system (ERP)

* Conducting general administration for the Warehouse department

* Raising purchase orders

* Responsible to ensure the correct storage conditions of all material under the control of Warehouse

* Coordinating disposal of equipment and replacing of damaged equipment

Skills and competencies required

* Previous experience in a warehouse environment

* Experience with ERP, AS400, Oracle or other stock management systems

* Previous experience in Administration or experience with stock management

* Good IT skills-particularly with Microsoft Office programmes

Desirable Skills and competencies

* Experience within the Oil and Gas Sector or Manufacturing Sector
