I am looking for an experienced *top notch* web designer. You should have at least three years of professional experience- designing both for agencies and direct to clients, be an expert in typography and typographic grids, and understand both the possibilities and limitations of javascript and CSS.
I can pay you **what you're worth**, on time, 50% up front, 50% upon completion. Average **design** budgets generally range from $ to $ (all for you) to give you an idea.
In other words, I want to pay you **really well** (whatever you want) to do what you do best.
