Enovia V6 Support Lead/Enovia V6/Enovia/Catia
My client, a large consultancy, is looking for an Enovia V6 Support Lead immediately for a 12 month contract in Rzeszow, Poland.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Production Support, Administration, Customization and Implementation of Enovia V6, CATIA V6. Experience in analysis and resolving Enovia V6, CATIA V6 Data issues, integration issues. Experience in working under Product Support Model.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Process/Tools: Enovia V6, Catia V6.
The chosen candidates responsibilities will include:
First level handling of calls from in-scope users, Issue logging in Remedy, initial diagnosis, categorization and distribution, Helpdesk and on floor technical support to in-scope users, Helping in-scope users Custom applications usage, Documentation and testing support, Updating the Methods documentation, test plans, test cases, Testing scenarios as per user request, record and share results, Develop user training material, carry out user training, best practices workshops, Verifying that systems integrations are working properly (eg CATIA-Enovia V6, SAP-Enovia V6) and Deployment support in Dev, Test, Prod for in-scope software and customizations.
