Internal Control Specialist - Group Finance
9 Month Contract

£650 per day
Global Oil company require and Internal Control Specialist within Group Finance.
Effectively to deliver on Internal Control processes
Effectively support implementation and coach on Change Management techniques;
Ensure the deployment's compliance to processes, policies and procedures around process documentation;
Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build commitment, manage conflict and challenge status quo;
Written descriptions detailing the process so that it can be followed by the group;
Role description:
Engage project SME tags and Finance tags to understand the internal control activities in each Function
Document in standard format the internal control processes occurring in each Function
Identity what is standard/non-standard
Prepare review materials of status for Project Lead
Work with Project Lead and other Project tags to propose the appropriate level of internal control activity for group finance
Work with Project Lead and other Project tags to propose a standard way for running internal control process from group finance
Work with Project Lead and other Project tags to develop an implementation plan for new internal control processes and support the finance teams to implement
Essential:
Experience of internal control
Experience of working in fast paced project environment
Experience of engaging with range of stakeholders through process change
Strong communication, excel and Powerpoint skills
Desirable:
Prior experience of process change in internal control
Experience of process mapping
