Job description:
- Our client is looking for Network Engineer with very good Router Switches skills to maximize customer networks availability and functionality to achieve their business goals.
- Network Engineer will deliver the technologies - solutions and services customers need to expertly manage their networks.
- In this role, you will be our face to the customer, working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor delivering on our commitments.
- On top of providing technical expertise to the customer to resolve networking problems, your role will be to coordinate cross team efforts within customer end and be a single point of contact for the customer in regards to technical aspects of the provided resolution.
- Broad networking knowledge and specific area expertise, as well as excellent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills,
- Working in shifts model might be an integral part of the job description.
Essential skills required:
- Advanced level internetworking troubleshooting in a scaled network environment.
- Undertake support as designated Network Engineer for large-scale networks.
- Typically requires BS, CS, or University degree equivalent plus 5-8 years of experience in network engineering or telecommunications support environment.
- Advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Advanced level knowledge in TWO of the following and intermediate level knowledge in two other areas of: IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS), LAN Switching, Data Center networking (including Storage networking and load balancing technologies), Voice technologies including: IP Telephony, Unified Communication, IP Contact Center, Networking Security including: Firewalls, IPSec VPNs, IPS/IDS products, Optical, Wireless, WAN protocols.
- Salary is negotiable.
