CRM Business Analyst/Consultant with experience in MS Dynamics CRM
We are looking for a CRM Business Analyst/Consultant with experience in MS Dynamics CRM for a 12 month assignment for our customer in Helsinki, Finland to start ASAP.
The ideal person must be able to drive the business and generate requirements for the business translating them into clear technical requirement or spec.

- 8+ Years of with CRM products Experience
- Deep Knowledge of end to end CRM Sales functions with Industry leading practices in the process areas related to Sales Planning, Joint Business Planning, Trade Promotions Management, Channel Management etc. and inter-relate one process area to another for Electronics Consumer Goods Industry
- Analytical skills to synthesize information from multiple geographies, ability to act beyond Requirements gathering and focus on recommending Business solutions reflecting Industry trends, best practices and thought leadership
- Sound understanding of Best practices for Implementations involving packaged CRM products
- Prior experience involving Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Microsoft BI Solutions is keep.
- Broad understanding of Process Designing & Modelling
- Strong capabilities in business concept documentation
- Prior experience of working on a large scale multi-functional projects with exposure to planning, prioritizing & tracking
- Good communication skills with experience in making persuasive presentations to senior Business stakeholders
- Self-motivated results orientated approach to work with a business and customer focus.
