Description
My client is looking for an individual who is strong in workforce planning to drive a software selection process.
This is partly a project management role, and partly a subject matter expert role - to provide steer and counsel to this organisation, as they define their requirements, prioritise these and develop an RFI/RFP to go to market.
You will have the following, in terms of previous experience:
- Experience in workforce planning, labour planning, workforce scheduling and forecasting, time and attendance systems
- Ideally experience in one or more of the following platforms: Kronos, Reflexis, SuccessFactors or Verint
- Experience in contact centre, customer service centre or distribution centre environments
- Experience in requirements development and documentation and functional/technical spec development
- An understanding of HR processes - particularly in the workforce management space
- Demonstrable knowledge of developing RFI/RFP documentation
North of London. Immediate Start. 3 months. Market Rate - approximately £450 to £550 p/day depending on experience.
