Mission
The integration analyst will reinforce the functional team ERP SCM to be able to cope with the high workload and diverse application portfolio
For SAP based solutions (50% of the time)
Non-SAP Legacy solutions ( 50% of the time)
Profile/Skills
Profile:
basic knowledge in other SAP SCM modules is an asset but not mandatory
General IT Integration skills:
i. Be familiar with basics of client - server application architecture;
distributed application architecture (application Servers, separate dbase Servers, clustering)
ii. Be familiar with basic principles of Middleware and SOA (service oriented architecture)
iii. Basic IT and technical background to be able to understand how different applications are interfacing/interacting (SAP systems interfacing to non SAP Legacy applications and Legacy applications interfacing to each other)
iv. Be able to conduct basic troubleshooting and debugging of interfaces
General ITIL knowledge
i. Basic knowledge on testing best practices
ii. Basic knowledge on change & release management best practices
iii. Basic experience with linked tools like HP Service Manager, HP Quality Center,
Experience: typically between 1 and 5 years
Main tasks & responsibilities
Functional analyst in lead of design, build and testing of new requirements in the Supply Chain domain based on SAP SD/MM;
Assist functional analysts ERP SCM in all kind of integration aspects for non SAP logistics flows and applications:
SPOMS; in support mode - complex integrated application
Testing & testing support:
KT on these procedures to offshore team and business Key Users and testers
Documentation and Knowledge transfer (KT) to (offshore) support team
Expert troubleshooting ( 3rd line support) & operational support:
Intake of new defects and bugs that cannot be resolved by 1st or 2nd line support teams:
assess impact - localise potential problem spot - root cause analysis and resolution if in own responsibility domain, else dispatch to concerned teams and follow up problem resolution
