IT Specialists expertise in management and operation of IT solutions implemented in an outsourced customer portfolio, based on listed supporting tools in the required skills base.
This job role includes preparation, planning, implementation and support services (troubleshooting, capacity management, etc.)
Skills need to match our SMI service roadmap, and technology evolution.
Required skills base is mainly TIVOLI based:
ITM5 & 6 - Netcool Omnibus - Bluecare - TWS - TDW - TSCM- TEC - TMF - TIM - TDS
Unix/Linux & Windows OS base skills are recommended.
