Project Manager (ITIL expertise Required) - Daily Rate Contract Roles - 5- 6 months - Role based in Dublin, Ireland and to start in August 2014.
Client Requirement
Evaluate the performance of the IT organisations. This will be done using the ITIL framework which they have implemented. Also there will be a need to consider some outsourced activities
Remediate issues found during the review
Coach the management team and staff on the delivery of an ITIL based IT organisation
Profile of the person:
ITIL expert (experienced Manager level)
Have conducted ITIL reviews
Have worked in operational environments delivering ITIL
Bonus if they have IT Risk/CoBIT experience
Be capable of working independently in the client site
People management and reporting to senior management on progress etc
