Description

We are looking for a  a strong ServiceNow person right away who can consult with us and work with senior client managers and director to assess the tool and carry out a PoC based on a set of predetermined business use cases. The person will look at the ServiceNow tool on the following parameters.

  • What is the integration depth of the tool with other existing systems?
  • There necessarily needs to be Single Sign On for the tool using the existing LDAP.
  • The tool must not only have bi-directional data flow capability, but also direct integration with other problem management tool, CMDB, monitoring systems, to generate incidents, P1s, P0s etc.
  • The tool must have paging and auto ticketing capability.
  • The workflow must be seamless and customizable.
  • What is the mobile capability of the ServiceNow tool. What devices are supported and what is the depth of the support provided, ie is the mobile interface read only, read write.. etc.
  • How is the performance of the application under normal load and high load scenarios? The application will come under severe load conditions for most of the time and will peak out during the holiday buying season. What are the performance characteristics and optimization level of the application?
