Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company is currently seeking a Formulation Specialist in Basel for 6 months. This is a global pharmaceutical company with the headquarters in Switzerland. They are well-known for their ability in pioneering science. They operate an open-minded environment, particularly within clinical study teams. This is an international, English-speaking environment.This position requires the following skills:
- The ideal candidate will have a completed apprenticeship or equivalent (no master or PhD levels) in pharmaceutical sciences with a strong background in solid dosage forms.
- Revelant industry experience with formulation development ideally oral dosage forms
- Knowledge in cGMP is required.
- Good knowledge of German is required.
This position entitles these main duties:
- You are working as galenical technician in a Team of a Pharmaceutical Development Unit.
- You manufacture clinical supplies in the pilot plant for solid dosage forms under GMP.
- You plan, perform, optimize and document plant activities in collaboration with experienced team members.
- You are actively involved in the organization of the manufacturing environment and maintenance of equipment. This requires flexibility and personal commitment.
