Description
Our new build pharmaceutical company requires a project manager to manage the SAP implementation project across the sites ensuring on time and on budget requirements are achieved. For an initial 9 month contract they require a SAP Implementation project manager to supervise and evaluate all aspects of the project - scope, planning, executing, monitoring and testing.Role and responsibly:
* Act in the interests of and as a direct representative of the business.
* Supervise and evaluate all aspects of the project - scope, planning, executing, monitoring and testing.
* Manage and evaluate the teams’ performance to ensure a successful implementation.
* Provide regular progress updates and reports to key stakeholders and management.
* Collaborate and ensure necessary training sessions are completed and SOP’s and manuals are updated as required.
* Ensure the necessary business processes and supports are in place after project implementation is complete.
* Develop strong working relationships with all levels across the site to sustain a continuous improvement culture
* Partner with Global IT consultants and business stakeholders and core team members to deliver the project.
* Ensure that appropriate standards of GMP are maintained at all times.
* Ensure compliance with all company and legislative health, safety and environmental requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years Project Management skills with a successful track record in the delivery of SAP related projects.
* Detailed understanding of SAP Version 6.0 within a Manufacturing/Pharmaceutical environment including SAP implementation knowledge.
* Must possess some knowledge of finance and accounting principles as they apply to project management, execution and budgeting.
* Demonstrated leadership skills - ability to develop process/technical solutions to complex problems.
* Collaborative work style with customers/consultants/team/management
* Ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment
