Your tasks:
- Lead regular and ad hoc bank-wide reporting, including tracking against KPIs, for: board level committees, Workers Councils, regulators, HRC and other internal and external stakeholders
- Develop multi-year roadmap of measuring impact of T&D strategy in the organisation
- Project management of T&D strategic initiatives, including timelines, risks and dependencies across the platform; perform project related activities to drive execution against T&D strategic plans including coordination of work activities across internal and external stakeholders
- Undertake benchmarking and competitor analysis and related implications for bank practices
- Conduct internal surveys and analytics
Your qualifications
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Understanding of organisational strategy and how culture and engagement initiatives support it
- Substantial knowledge of operating models and structures within organisations and how they interlink
- Strong understanding of the practical implications of organisational Values & Beliefs in day-to-day business
- Organisational change management
- Business acumen with global organisations
- English business fluent
