Network Manager - 2nd Line - 3rd Line - Support - MS Outlook - Exchange - Windows Server - Capita SIMS -Schools - Council
I am currently recruiting for a Schools Network Manager on behalf of a council based in the South West. This is a contract role that will be running for an initial 4 months but is very likely to turn into a long term, rolling contract.
This Network Manager will be working within the Schools ICT Support Arena so experience with supporting a schools ICT infrastructure is essential.
This includes:
- Windows 7 Desktop Support
- Understanding Network requirements (DNS/DHCP)
- Experience with Capita SIMS (Schools ICT Application)
- Diagnosing server issues
- Bespoke 2nd/3rd Line Support
This is mainly a remote working position however School visits will be frequent when remote working is not feasible.
Capita SIMS support is non essential however with this being a specific School based ICT Application, this will be an advantage.
Having the 2nd/3rd Line Support and Network/Server Support experience is ESSENTIAL.
The council are looking for this to be an ASAP start however they will be willing to look at notice periods if the right candidate becomes available.
